How to Use?

Surface Preparation

1. Clean the Surface:
   • Remove all dirt, dust, grease, and loose material from the wall using sandpaper, a putty blade, or a wire brush.
   • Wet the wall with enough clean water.
2. Pre-Wet the Wall:
   • Ensure the wall is damp to achieve better coverage, bonding, and ease of use.

Mixing

Prepare the Mix:

• • Slowly add 55-60% clean water to the Birla White Zypsomine powder to create a lump-free paste.
  • Mix continuously for 2-3 minutes until you get a smooth paste.
  • Mix thoroughly to ensure easy application and better coverage.
  • Only mix the amount you can use within 15 minutes.

Application

1. First Coat:
   • Apply the first coat from the bottom of the wall, moving upwards, using a putty blade.
   • Level the surface by removing any excess material with the putty blade.
2. Second Coat:
   • If needed, apply another coat to achieve the desired finish.
   • Leave the surface to dry.
