Technical Specifications

• Initial Setting Time: Reduction of more than 25% compared to control sample without Superset IWP.
• Final Setting Time: Less than 600 minutes or more than 25% increase compared to control sample.
• Water Permeability: Less than half of control sample without Superset IWP.
• Chloride Content: Maximum 2%, typically 0.015% – 0.02%.
• Compressive Strength: Not less than the minimum specified strength of cement or 90% of control sample without Superset IWP.

Packaging and Dosage

• Packaging Sizes: 200ml, 1L, 5L, and 20L.
• Dosage: 200ml per 50kg bag of cement.

Mixing and Usage Instructions

1. Plan the Mix: Ensure all materials are available on-site.
2. Mixing: Add 200ml of LATICRETE® SuperSet IWP to the water measured for mixing with a 50kg bag of cement. Mix thoroughly and wait for 3 to 5 minutes before use.
3. Application: Ensure uniform mixing before applying the mixture as per the design.
4. Curing: Follow standard curing procedures relevant to the construction process.

Note: Do not add SuperSet IWP directly into the dry cement and aggregate mixture. Always mix in the gauging water.

Storage and Shelf Life

• Shelf Life: 18 months from the date of manufacturing.
• Storage Conditions: Store in sealed containers in a dry environment with temperatures between +10°C to +50°C. High temperatures may reduce the shelf life.

• Use rubber gloves and safety goggles while handling.
• For inhalation, seek fresh air.
• In case of ingestion, wash the mouth thoroughly, drink water, and seek medical advice if symptoms persist.
• For skin contact, wash with plenty of water.
• For eye contact, flush with water until irritation subsides and seek medical advice if symptoms persist.
• Keep out of reach of children.
