Building a better future for our capital is a goal we all share. Ensuring structural safety starts with the basics, and using the right construction materials like Quality Packed Building Material helps prevent issues like illegal or unsafe construction. When planning new projects, utilizing dependable items such as 405 Packed Dust Rodi Reta helps create strong foundations. For anyone looking at property developments or seeking trusted Building material in Delhi, understanding the city’s latest civic updates makes a big difference.

What is New in Delhi’s Master Plan?

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has approved a helpful new rule under the Master Plan for Delhi (MPD)-2047. If you cannot use all the construction rights available on your plot, the new plan lets you sell those unused rights to someone else.

This system is called Transferable Development Rights (TDR). It allows developers or property owners to trade their extra building rights safely and legally across designated parts of the city.

How Does the TDR System Work?

  • Generating and Receiving Sites: The place where you have unused rights is called the “Generating Site,” and the place where those rights are used is the “Receiving Site”.
  • Single-Window Portal: The DDA is setting up a simple, dedicated online portal to make buying and selling these development rights easy and transparent.
  • Controlled Growth: These rights can only be used in specific areas, such as near transit corridors and Metro stations, keeping our neighborhoods well-organize
