Coverage
Approximately 55-58 sq. ft per 20kg pail using a 1/4” x 1/4” (6mm x 6mm) square notched trowel for an average 3mm bed thickness. Coverage will vary based on trowel size, tile type, and surface smoothness.
Application Instructions
- Surface Preparation: Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from contaminants.
- Mixing: Open the lid, mix with a scoop or trowel. Use only the required amount, keeping the pail covered when not in use.
- Applying the Adhesive:
- Apply to the substrate with the flat side of the trowel.
- Comb additional adhesive with the notched side.
- For large tiles, back butter to ensure full coverage.
- Place tiles into the adhesive and use a beating block and mallet to set.
Note: If adhesive skins over, replace with fresh adhesive.

Storage and Handling
Store LATICRETE® DWA 215 at room temperature (10° C to 35° C) to maintain its efficacy. Ensure the lid is tightly closed when not in use to prevent skinning.
